Execution Planning

a. Monitoring programmes on a Weekly/Monthly Basis including producing variance report
b. Establish set reports and controls required based on the project value
c. Manage Program using Critical /Longest path methodology
d. Capture progress against the Construction program on a Weekly and Monthly basis.
e. Forecast/Reforecast the program
f. Produce weekly variance report along with root cause variance commentary
g. Produce S-Curve reports (If Program is resource loaded)
h. Identify potential upcoming programme risk and recommend potential mitigation plans
i. Assist with producing Weekly/ Monthly reports.
j. Provide client versions of monthly programmes.
